It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past seven years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

Donations to US nonprofits on December 3rd could be matched up to $100k by Facebook starting 5am PST/8am EST! Mark your calendars.

Checks should be made out to "EDGE Youth Leadership" with "Giving Tuesday" written on a slip of paper or the memo of the check.
