Update January 2021: The health and safety of our students, schools, and communities are our top priority. The planning team is currently exploring virtual programming as an alternative to an in-person 2021 seminar.

In the event that we do not hold an in-person event in 2021, we will notify our students and schools by February 2021. The instructions to select a 2021 sophomore will be posted in February 2021. All school staff partners will receive an email at that time with more information.

EDGE will be holding a series of virtual workshops for students selected for the postponed 2020 seminar. If you have any questions regarding these workshops, please contact our recruitment director or email registration@edgeyl.org.

EDGE develops leadership potential in high school sophomores and inspires them to give back.

What is EDGE?

EDGE Youth Leadership is a high-energy experience where students gather with their peers and with leaders in the community to engage in leadership and team building activities.  The students explore ideas, expand the breadth of their experiences, and challenge themselves and each other to discover how they can make a difference in their own lives, their communities, and the world.

Are you an EDGE Alumni? Whether you want to get involved, get in touch with fellow students from your year, or relive moments from the weekend, check out our Alumni page for different resources and ways to keep in touch!

EDGE is an entirely volunteer-run organization. There are no paid employees, just volunteers with a strong sense of servant leadership that go above and beyond to make the seminar as OUTSTANDING as possible. We are always looking for volunteers, so get involved!

Sponsor a Student

EDGE is committed to making creating a diverse, accessible seminar open to students of all socio-economic backgrounds. For this reason, students do not pay to attend and the seminar is funded entirely through donations. Sponsor a student and maximize your impact!!
